Shipping & Returns

Our primary method of shipping products is through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Video Tapes and DVDs are generally sent at the Media Mail rate. If you prefer another method, please indicate in your comments what your preference is and that any additional costs are authorized. Where we have correctly anticipated product demand and have inventory on the shelf we can generally have volunteers get the product shipped within a week. If we must produce more copies the process can extend for as much as 12 weeks. We are continually evaluating our process to see how we can become more efficient in these situations; however, as a non-profit organization depending on volunteers, we currently have this limitation. Many of the products we offer are produced in very small quantities by our volunteer staff. Thus the item you receive is considered a special order item and is not returnable. Please contact us if you find a product we supply is defective and we will do our best to replace it. Because of ever changing DVD technology we have discovered a couple situations where we are not able to provide a DVD that will play in older players. In such case we have no option but to return your payment. Returns will be done by the same method the payment was made whenever possible.
